Ramblings and prodding
First, last day to sign up for Round 3 of the Prison Break Fic Exchange ends today! Add your claim in the comments here. Claims are hidden from everybody but me. We have at least 15 authors now, many of them new. Incredible response!

On to the ramblings...

First... some four stores I've visited are out of candy corn (except for the cheap, cruddy kind). What kind of conspiracy IS this? I'll sic Dean on them! However, today's shopping for Halloween costume finishes led me to Goodwill, where I have made some purchases for anteka's Plastic Winchester Theatre. Bwah-ha-ha!

Phrases and thoughts that seem weird out of context:
"Christopher, did you unplug my ghosts?"
"Honey, you left your weasel downstairs."
And... upon transferring clothes from washer to dryer, I came upon a rubber pencil-eraser tip. Immediate thought: "Oh, god. I hope this didn't have a face before it got washed!"

I'm random
"Christopher, did you unplug my ghosts?"

Teheee. reminds me of Cyberpunk SciFi

"Honey, you left your weasel downstairs."

I'm assuming that it's about one of your children's stuffed toys. Otherwise it sounds kinda porny. And now picture requesting *that* as a prompt for an exchange :D

Re: I'm random
:D The weasel is a Littlest Pet Shop toy, wherein pretty much all the animals except fish and birds have the same shape of head.

My husband and I were moving one of our daughter's little 'shrines' off the sofa, and he said, "What IS this?" And I said, "It kind of looks like a weasel." Which Lauren confirmed later. Who makes toy WEASELS to sell to kids?!?

There's also a toy lizard that I constantly mistake for a turtle. That would be because its head (all the heads) are turtle-shaped. The fact that it lacks a shell doesn't register until later. :0

The "My Little Pony" stuff is even weirder. It's after my time, but it's come around again. Chunky pastel ponies with clothes and long, flowing hair for brushing! Eeeeek! I, um... I don't think my daughter's going to grow up to be an engineer.
