NBA Playoffs /o\
Watching basketball on TV, game 7 of the semifinals in the epic match-up between the Boston Celtics and LeBron James. :O

I know the man is a multi-millionaire, but it hurts to see him trying to carry an entire team on his shoulders. Sheesh. :(

what channel is carrying it? and I agree btw, but I'd also say Cleveland's a pretty mediocre team without him.

It was on ESPN-- Cleveland actually won, too. The rest of the team started making some points.

Our son is a big LeBron fan, and one of the stats he hit me with was that if you discounted LeBron and just went with the other four starters, Cleveland would be the worst team in the league. :O

that's a huge amount of weight on one player's shoulders! :\

No kidding! He apparently outscored the sum of points from the other 4 starting players in 6 games during the playoffs thus far.

And a suitable meme:

The Celtics were my team since the mid-80's until they dismantled it and traded and/or let go of every player that I knew so I kind of gave up on basketball.

The Blazers are still my team, though my husband and son also like the Golden State Warriors. But our son is also a LeBron fan, and it kills him to see game after game of LeBron scoring 40-46 points, and the team still losing... One guy can only do so much.
