Meme Day 1
I was tagged by tsuki_no_bara for the following meme:

The rules: during the next five days, post three positive things about your day and ask three people to do the same so the positive attitude can gain some ground.

1. Our anniversary trip to Yosemite was wonderful, and very welcome. :D

2. Biked today, since I wasn't able to all weekend. My feet and legs were happy to stretch out and not be involved in hiking, as they have had enough. :D

3. We're rewatching the HBO No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency, now that we've read some (or in my case, ALL) of the books and liked the casting so very much.

I tag elrhiarhodan, agirlnamedluna, and bleodswean, if they are so inclined!

I accept this meme challenge! ;)

So glad you enjoyed your get-away trip. How were the kids? House intact when you returned home? No one suffered a brain seizure from endless xboxing?

I haven't heard of that show!

:D The house was intact (and the doors locked!), though there were a lot of dishes in the sink because they couldn't find the right sponge. Neither could I!

My son played video games and read a lot, and I think mostly moped. He was pretty monosyllabic and 'flat' when we talked to him on the phone-- I think this was hard on him, with us gone and his sister constantly gone and trapped at home alone (he's 15) by himself. He's the only extrovert in the family, so we knew that might not be fun for him. :O

We SO enjoyed getting away, though. This was the first B&B with jacuzzi we've been to in about 17 1/2 years. I.e., pre-child #1!

Thank you for the tag! I accept the challenge!

Would love to see your pics of Yosemite.

I'm glad you've accepted!

Hope to get the pics up at some point. Getting things down off my camera is a bigger chore now than it used to be, so Hawaii is still in there!

Ooh I like the sound of that show! Sadly we're recording more than we can watch so I'm not even going to look right now to see if it's on, or that could be disastrous.

Another really good show in a similar vein is Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries :) Set in 1920s Melbourne and gorgeous!

This show came out a few years ago on disc, so it's available now via rental or Netflix. Well worth it. :D

I will look up the show you mentioned!
