Trying to gather some motivation here. o_O

It's Sacramento-cold, in the bitter 40s, which is like cold in other areas except that there is stuff to do outside (pruning roses! Putting away Xmas lights!) and it's not cold enough that you can rationalize skipping it. I'd forgotten how bad frozen toes feel...

Watched Friday's Fringe (did I miss an episode, I wonder? The kids always interrupt the 9pm shows, so it's hard to know). Very surprised at September's appearance in that episode (initially got stuck on him being vaguely familiar because he kind of looked like Ewan McGregor, and the kids had talked over part of the plot). Wow. And then the show managed to twist the pathos multiple times and bring on the sniffles, though in the main I still prefer Walter 1 and Olivia 1, for the complexity of their soulds and their pain. /vague non-spoilery musings.

I'm on the Twitter, for those of you I haven't already tweeted. HalfshellVenus over there, too. So far, the few celebs I follow tend to tweet and retweet too often, and I pick up 1-2 spammers a DAY. How so sucky, Twitter?

All right, back to the motivation attempts. Though I hear the sewing machine and other indoor chores calling me... ;)

I've "added" you - or whatever it's called - on Twitter, but I hardly ever tweet... I'm eclair_de_lune over there.

For both internet pun reasons and the idea of loony food, I like that username a lot!

LOL, would you have the pastry in mind?
clair_de_lune was already taken so I went for the closest thing... There's a silly pun with clair/éclair. Clair de lune means moonlight, but éclair = lightning - and, different meaning, it is a pastry ;)

Yes-- moon pastry! Or loony pastry, either one.

And the pun I meant was actually not the French (makes it even more interesting), but things like "email" and "etrade." It's "eclair"-- the clair on the Interwebs!

Oh, yes, indeed! We usually hyphenate this kind of word around here (e-mail, e-book, e-commerce...) and I didn't realize what you meant.
I rather like said pun *g*
