Happy Birthday to kronette!
Thought I'd be online earlier for this, but it's been that kind of weekend.

Hope you've had a wonderful birthday-- and put the home improvement projects on hold at least for today. If you'd like a drabble, please leave me some notes in the comments.

Many happy returns! \o/

Thank you! As you can see by my answering this on the 30th, I haven't been online much, either.

I spent the weekend doing stuff for me, then had friends over and we had veggies & dip & pizza rolls & cheese (heat index 115 degrees means no cooking!!), found old classmates on Facebook (I found my HS crush! He has two kids, a beard and looks nothing like he did :D). I did a lot of cleaning, which my poor house desperately needed. I'm going to have the last living room wall painted by the end of July 4th holiday weekend. I'm adding all colors of vertical stripes to a solid background - the room desperately needs brightening up.

Really, that's about all I did. Oh, and caught up on some TV viewing that had been sitting on the DVR. Why did I not know about Merlin</>? It's cute and fun.

OOh! OOOOHHHH! I get a drabble! Hm...Dean's birthday and little Sam (you can choose the ages) does something/gets something.

I hope the work on the house gives you a nice feeling of accomplishment, and maybe a chance to relax after you finish up. I have trouble starting things now, because they take so long to finish and are so pesky with three other people always underfoot. Especially painting!

You story is finally ready, and it outgrew the drabble length fairly quickly. I went for the Weechester angle, since I wrote an S1/S2 story on this topic awhile back. Haven't written Weechesters in awhile, so that was fun!

I hope you like it, and that you continue with the celebrating over the coming weekend. :D
