Happy Birthday to etherealflaim!

etherealflaim, I hope you're having a great birthday, wherever you are. I don't think we've seen you around since moving back for school! Hope you're back online soon.

Today I have humor to share, and it is of the random in a bigger way than usual.

First, thanks to thelana, there is 9 Words That Don't Mean What You Think. I apologize for all the boobies on this one-- don't know why someone thought THAT was necessary. But the writing is great, and the "Dick Factor" (and corresponding celebrity) for each of the words is funny.

Also from that same site, The 9 Most Devastating Insults From Around the World. These are of course often crude and sexist, but the presentation ("Who Said That?" and "Dear God Why?") is fantastic, and you HAVE to read the entry for Bulgaria (Quote: Most of the good ones read like Tourette's syndrome Mad Libs). \o/

For a different kind of humor, there is this compilation of 404- File Not Found. The first entry is one of my favorites, in "h4x0r" language. Most of the best entries are marked as "dialect" or "slang" (Weers yon page geet to? T'int 'ere!), and then of course there's the "pirate" entry. :D Definitely worth a peek.

And lastly... I hope this dog is playing, because otherwise he's clearly mentally ill: Don't Touch My Bone. :0
