"Interesting".

ARGH BLUCK EW that's the word I forbid my students to use, because it's overused and doesn't mean what I MEAN it to mean. But "fascinating" sounds too stalkerish and rather like you're a bug, and "accomplished" was too much like you'd get on a report card for a young lady's finishing school. :D

Hahaha! It has lot of good connotations for me, though!

My sister's 4th-grade teacher forbade the use of "stuff," for obvious reasons. ;)
