приветствия, Priviet!
Like the weekend wasn't weird enough, now we've got a new era of LiveJournal. Possibly with new and improved censorship (seriously what was the mad rush to get that feature in?), since that's the way things seem to be heading. And lots and lots of ads.

Can anyone on JournalFen recommend me for an account? I've got one on InsaneJournal, but I want to cover all my bases just in case. *sighs*

See, this is kind of what really irks me about the possibility of something happening to LJ - all of my fics are saved on my computer and bcked up on other sites anyway, so I'm not worried about losing any of them, but it's the number of other journal sites out there - the possibility that everyone will scatter to different journals and websites. There's at least half a dozen different ones. It's kind of frustrating to think that we'd have to start all over, and that we wouldn't even all be in the same place.

But that's probably a long way off, if it happens. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Me too. I LOVE having everyone here on LJ, but a few people have disappeared in the last year (after the "strikeout" incident), a few more are really considering bailing out thanks to the "flag offensive content!" innovation, and now the selling off could either be fabulous (because 6A sucked big time) or really not (helloooo additional content limitations). :(

Will hedge my bets as always, because that's exactly the kind of person I am. :0
